Learning Illustrator

I wanted to gain a better understanding of Illustrator and what the program can do, so I decided to play about on the software. I used visuals of my friend who is start starting out a career in music, with in intentions of designing him an album cover.

Tilt Shift Attempt

Tilt-shift photography" refers to the use of camera movements on small- and medium-format cameras, and sometimes specifically refers to the use of tilt for selective focus, often for simulating a miniature scene.

Interpretation of text & professional context

Publishing - Book jacket covers 

The image below was a piece of work I created in a workshop relating to interpreting text. This was an idea for a book jacket cover for Snow Goose by Paul Gallico. I received strong feedback and used this style and layout in the project that followed.

Here are my final images for my recent project on publishing. We had to create five book jacket covers in relation to one author, mine being Ian Fleming, who is famous for creating the fictional British spy James Bond.
